Description
'Comb Jellies' is a tweedy mix of undyed white 23mic Merino wool, hand-dyed neon pink, neon orange, neon green, and aqua Mulberry silk noil, and yellow recycled sari silk.
In normal light, these batts look like School Cake (sponge cake with sprinkles), but under UV lights, these batts take on the form of bioluminescent jellyfish (thanks everyone for the help in identifying these little weirdos!)
Each batt contains:
- 95% 23 mic Merino wool
- 5% hand dyed neon Mulberry silk noil and recycled sari silk fibre mix.
Please note: Neon dyed wool and silk fibres can bleed in water at any temperature, so please wash and soak your finished yarn and projects separately from other items. Some colour bleed is completely normal, especially with neon dyes.
Each batt has been carded 3 times to mix in the tweedy fibres thoroughly.
These batts should be very easy to spin and are suitable for spinners of all experiences.
You will receive a set just like the ones pictured.
Each set consists of 2 x 50g (2 x 1.75oz) batts (you will receive 100g (3.5oz) in total). They come packaged in an opaque glassine paper bag, which is recyclable and biodegradable.
