I'm currently offering free shipping for UK orders over £50. Orders will be sent with Tracked 48 service - there is the option to opt out and pay for Tracked 24.

I use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 and 24 service as we can follow your order's journey and track it down if it ends up where it shouldn't. The proof of delivery photographs have been a wonderful tool to locate parcels in neighbours' porches.

My parcels are collected by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, I can't book a collection for the same day I process your order. As an example, if you order on Wednesday night, I'll process your order on Thursday evening and book a collection with Royal Mail for Friday afternoon. 

When I process your order, Royal Mail automatically marks your order as fulfilled - this doesn't mean your order has been sent, but it does mean that it's packed and ready to go and is now in Royal Mail's system

I don't drive, but occasionally, if I know I'll be passing by a Post Office, I may process your order earlier in the day.

There are times when Royal Mail don't collect. I've had missed collections in the past. This is frustrating as their collection window is later than the last collection at my nearest Post Office. 

International Orders for ready-to-ship items.

Flat-rate shipping regardless of order size and weight. Orders are usually sent using Royal Mail and/or Parcel Force. Tracking is only provided if your location offers it. If tracking is not offered, orders will be sent using Royal Mail's Standard International shipping. 

EU (including Northern Ireland) Orders to the EU are currently suspended. I would usually direct you to my Etsy shop to checkout using Etsy's IOSS function but due to updated regulations, I've had to pause shipping. As soon as I can I promise I will resume shipping.

Switzerland £11.00 Royal Mail Tracked International. Please note, that you are responsible for paying VAT and customs charges on delivery. I do not collect tax.

Norway Shipping to Norway are currently paused.

Frequently asked questions

If you're in the USA, the price you see includes the 10% tariff charge. When I process your order, I pay the tariff to Royal Mail, who then pass it on. When your parcel is delivered, you do not need to pay for the tariff as you have already paid for it.

I don't collect tax

I'm no longer sending orders to the EU. I'm so sorry.

All my orders are currently sent in brown Kraft paper mailers - UK and international. I also use cardboard boxes and I may also reuse old boxes for larger orders. Kraft paper mailers are splash proof but they probably won't survive being left out in the rain. From years of sending plastic mailers, I can tell you that not even plastic mailers can keep the water out. If you can, please have a safe place for your parcel to be left - I'd be happy to write a note for the postie on the mailer.

Currently, all my fibres are packaged in glassine paper bags.

Glassine paper is easily recyclable, and also compostable

If I run out of glassine bags or I've had a big order, I may need to pack the fibre in to a large plastic bag to make it easier to send as it helps pack the fibres in tightly.

YES! and it always has been.

My batts are made from commercially dyed 21-micron Merino sourced from South American flocks.

My 23-micron belnded top is from non-mulesed South African Merino flocks.
