I offer flat-rate shipping regardless of order size and weight. Orders are usually sent using Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Tracking is only provided if your location offers it. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail's Standard International shipping if tracking is not offered.

Packaging
Orders are sent out in cardboard boxes, reused cardboard boxes, and Kraft paper mailing bags. They're taped with kraft paper tape if they need to be secured.
They are recyclable and compostable, and depending on their journey, they can be reused. However, they are not waterproof. If you don't have a mailbox big enough for your giant parcel of fibre/yarn, please provide shelter for your parcel to keep it out of the rain. I'm happy to leave a note on the parcel for the delivery person.
