Description
To use up my remnant dyes from my other colourways, I've dyed these 'braids' of 21mic Merino combed top, so no dye goes down the drain. This batch is a gradient of purple, plum, pink, rust, light brown, olive green, aqua, and teal.
You will receive a 100g (3.5oz) braid like the one pictured.
- Fibre: 100% 21 mic Merino
- Type: Combed top (Roving)
- Colourway: Leftovers #1 (May)
- Weight: 100g (3.5oz)
My hand-dyed combed fibres are suitable for beginners and experienced spinners, and are ideal for needle felting and wet felting.
Please note:
After dyeing the wool, and my fibres have cooled, they are rinsed in room-temperature water to remove residual citric acid and to check for colourfastness. Exposure to hot water may cause some colour release (this is normal). To help preserve the colour, always wash finished wool projects gently in room-temperature water using a mild wool wash. Avoid hot water and agitation, unless you want your fibres to felt.
