Set #1. A bright rainbow of 4 gradient batts, hand-dyed on Punta Arenas wool and mixed in with silk fibres and colourful silky add-ins like noils and sari silk fibres.
This set contains 4 x 25g (0.88oz) art batts and 4 x 25g (0.88oz) hand-dyed 'braids' (top/roving)
The four braids have been hand-dyed by me on the following wool and silk blends:
50%Alpaca 50% Tussah silk: a gradient of purple, plum, mustard, and olive green (Bazaar)
Punta Arenas wool: a mix of fuchsia pink, coral, and golden brown (Cosmic Bloom)
Cormo: a mix of aqua, jade, and golden brown (Aquatic)
70% Shetland wool 30% Tussah silk: a mix of deep blue, plum, green, and golden brown (Blueberries)
These batts are not repeatable colourways ie I've not written a recipe or taken any notes, but similar ones will likely come up again. I've used the colours of my repeatable braid colourways as inspiration for the batts, and you can spin them all separately or mix and match when you ply them.
Batts weighs 25g (0.88oz) and they've been carded by me on my manual drum carder.
Braids weigh 25g (0.88oz) and have been hand dyed by me.
They'll come packaged in glassine paper bags.
